【摘要】:Thisspecificationestablishesrequirementsforthedesignandtestingofhighvoltagedetectors,usedintheelectricalpowerindustry,todeterminethepresenceorabsenceofnominaloperatingvoltageorthemeasuredvoltage.1.1Thisspecificationcoversportable,live-linetool-supported,direct-contacttypecapacitivevoltagedetectorstobeusedonelectricalsystemsbothindoorsandoutdoorsforacvoltagesfrom600Vto800kVwithfrequencyof60Hz.Thefunctionofthevoltagedetectorislimitedtothedetectionofthepresenceorabsenceofnominaloperatingvoltage.1.1.1TwotypesofvoltagedetectorsareprovidedandaredesignatedasTypeI,audible/visualandTypeII,numeric,withorwithoutaudible.1.1.2Twostylesofvoltagedetectors,differinginwetconditionscharacteristics,areprovidedandaredesignatedasStyleA,indooruseandStyleBindoor/outdooruse.1.2Theuseandmaintenanceofthesehighvoltagedetectorsandanynecessaryinsulatedtoolhandlesarebeyondthescopeofthisspecification.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;Exceptwherespecified,allvoltagedefinedinthisspecificationrefertophase-to-phasevoltageinathree-phasesystem.Voltagedetectorscoveredbythisspecificationmaybeusedinotherthanthree-phasesystems,buttheapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-ground(earth)voltagesshallbeusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.
