【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversacoextrudedcrosslinkedpolyethylenecompositepressurepipewithaweldedaluminumtubereinforcementbetweentheinnerandouterlayers.Theinnerandoutercrosslinkedpolyethylenelayersarebondedtothealuminumtubebyameltadhesive.Includedisasystemofnomenclatureforthecrosslinkedpolyethylene-aluminum-crosslinkedpolyethylene(PEX-AL-PEX)pipes,therequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,thedimensionsofthecomponentlayersandfinishedpipe,adhesiontests,andtheburstandsustainedpressureperformance.Alsogivenaretherequirementsandmethodsofmarking.Thepipecoveredbythisspecificationisintendedforuseinpotablewaterdistributionsystemsforresidentialandcommercialapplications,waterservice,undergroundirrigationsystems,andradiantpanelheatingsystems,baseboard,snow-andice-meltsystems,andgasesthatarecompatiblewiththecompositepipeandfittings.1.2Thisspecificationcoversonlycompositepipesincorporatingaweldedaluminumtube.Pipesconsistingofmetalliclayersnotweldedtogetherareoutsidethescopeofthisspecification.1.3SpecificationsforconnectorsforusewithpipemeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationaregiveninAnnexA1.1.4Thisspecificationexcludespolyethylene-aluminum-polyethylenepipes(seeSpecificationF1282).1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section9,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
