【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsfordeterminingcompressiveproperties,indirectionsparadeltotheplaneoflamination,offibre-reinforcedplasticcomposites.2Thecompressivepropertiesareofinterestforspecificationsandquality-controlpurposes.3Twoloadingmethodsandtwotypesofspecimenaredescribed.Theyare:—Method1:providesshearloadingofthespecimen(gaugelengthunsupported).—Method2:providesendloading,ormixedloading,ofthespecimen(gaugelengthunsupported).NOTEFortabbedspecimensend-loadedusingmethod2,someloadistransferredintothespecimengaugelengthbyshearthroughthetabs.—TypeAspecimen:rectangularcross-section,fixedthickness,end-tabbed.—TypeBspecimen:rectangularcross-section,rangeofthicknesses,untabbedorend-tabbed(twosizesavailable).Anycombinationoftestmethodandspecimenmaybeused,providedthattherequirementsofsubclause9.8aresatisfiedandthatthespecimenisrepresentativeofthematerialundertest.Thesealternativetestconditionswillnotnecessarilygivethesameresult.ThetypeAspecimenisthepreferredspecimenforunidirectionallyreinforcedmaterialstestedinthefibredirection.Forothermaterials,thetypeAorBspecimenmaybeused.ThetypeB2specimenispreferredformat,fabricandothermultidirectionallyreinforcedmaterials.4Themethodsaresuitableforfibre-reinforcedthermoplasticandthermosettingplasticcomposites.Unreinforcedandparticle-filledplastics,aswellasthosereinforcedwithshortfibres(lessthan1mminlength),arecoveredbyISO604(seebibliography).5ThemethodsareperformedusingspecimenswhichmaybemachinedfromatestpanelmadeinaccordancewithISO1268orequivalentmethods,orfromfinishedorsemi-finishedproducts.6Themethodsspecifyrequireddimensionsforthespecimen.Testswhicharecarriedoutonspecimensofotherdimensions,oronspecimenswhicharepreparedunderdifferentconditions,mayproduceresultswhicharenotcomparable.Otherfactors,suchasthespeedoftesting,thesupportfixtureusedandtheconditionofthespecimens,caninfluencetheresults.Consequently,whencomparativedataarerequired,thesefactorsmustbecarefullycontrolledandrecorded.7Fibre-reinforcedplasticsareusuallyanisotropic.Itisthereforeoftenusefultocuttestspecimensinatleastthetwomaindirectionsofanisotropy,orindirectionspreviouslyspecified(forexamplealengthwisedirectionassociatedwiththeproductionprocess).
