【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC9126describesatwo-partmodelforsoftwareproductquality:a)internalqualityandexternalquality,andb)qualityinuse.Thefirstpartofthemodelspecifiessixcharacteristicsforinternalandexternalquality,whicharefurthersubdividedintosubcharacteristics.Thesesubcharacteristicsaremanifestedexternallywhenthesoftwareisusedasapartofacomputersystem,andarearesultofinternalsoftwareattributes.ThispartofISO/IEC9126doesnotelaboratethemodelforinternalandexternalqualitybelowthelevelofsubcharacteristics.Thesecondpartofthemodelspecifiesfourqualityinusecharacteristics,butdoesnotelaboratethemodelforqualityinusebelowthelevelofcharacteristics.Qualityinuseisthecombinedeffectfortheuserofthesixsoftwareproductqualitycharacteristics.Thecharacteristicsdefinedareapplicabletoeverykindofsoftware,includingcomputerprogramsanddatacontainedinfirmware.Thecharacteristicsandsubcharacteristicsprovideconsistentterminologyforsoftwareproductquality.Theyalsoprovideaframeworkforspecifyingqualityrequirementsforsoftware,andmakingtrade-offsbetweensoftwareproductcapabilities.NormativeAnnexAprovidesrecommendationsandrequirementsforsoftwareproductmetricsandqualityinusemetrics.ExamplesofthesemetricsarecontainedinotherpartsofISO/IEC9126.Thesemetricsareapplicablewhenspecifyingthequalityrequirementsandthedesigngoalsforsoftwareproducts,includingintermediateproducts.AnexplanationofhowthisqualitymodelcanbeappliedinsoftwareproductevaluationiscontainedinISO/IEC14598-1.ThispartofISO/IEC9126enablessoftwareproductqualitytobespecifiedandevaluatedfromdifferentperspectivesbythoseassociatedwithacquisition,requirements,development,use,evaluation,support,maintenance,qualityassuranceandauditofsoftware.Itcanforexamplebeusedbydevelopers,acquirers,qualityassurancestaffandindependentevaluators,particularlythoseresponsibleforspecifyingandevaluatingsoftwareproductquality.ExamplesofusesofthequalitymodeldefinedinthispartofISO/IEC9126areto:?validatethecompletenessofarequirementsdefinition;?identifysoftwarerequirements;?identifysoftwaredesignobjectives;?identifysoftwaretestingobjectives;?identifyqualityassurancecriteria;?identifyacceptancecriteriaforacompletedsoftwareproduct.NOTE1ThispartofISO/IEC9126canbeusedinconjunctionwithISO/IEC15504(whichisconcernedwiththesoftwareprocessassessment)toprovide:?aframeworkforsoftwareproductqualitydefinitioninthecustomer-supplierprocess;?supportforreview,verificationandvalidation,andaframeworkforquantitativequalityevaluation,inthesupportprocess;?supportforsettingorganisationalqualitygoalsinthemanagementprocess.NOTE2ThispartofISO/IEC9126canbeusedinconjunctionwithISO/IEC12207(whichisconcernedwiththesoftwarelifecycle)toprovide:?aframeworkforsoftwareproductqualityrequirementsdefinitionintheprimarylifecycleprocess;?supportforreview,verificationandvalidationinsupportinglifecycleprocesses.NOTE3ThispartofISO/IEC9126canbeusedinconjunctionwithISO9001(whichisconcernedwithqualityassuranceprocesses)toprovide:?supportforsettingqualitygoals;?supportfordesignreview,verificationandvalidation.
